Does Altium come with an official license?
Yes. CYBER BOOST is an authorized Altium reseller in the CIS. We supply Altium Designer, Altium 365 and CircuitMaker with official licenses and support.
How is Altium 365 different from Altium Designer?
Altium Designer is CAD software for PCB design. Altium 365 is a cloud platform that works on top of Designer. Teams use it to collaborate, store versions and manage components.
Is SketchUp suitable for BIM projects?
SketchUp Studio supports IFC and integrates with Trimble Connect. For full BIM work, use it together with extensions.
What are the licensing models for Corel and Wacom?
Corel is sold as an annual subscription or a perpetual license. With Wacom you buy the device and the software is included. Corporate agreements are available through CYBER BOOST.
Can we buy AutoCAD or an alternative in Tashkent with official support?
Autodesk has suspended sales and support in the CIS, so legal AutoCAD licenses are not available in the region. CYBER BOOST supplies officially supported CAD software for design and drafting, such as Hexagon for engineering design and Altium Designer for PCBs. You get licenses and local support in Uzbekistan.
How do we pay for an imported software license (Altium, SketchUp, Corel) in Uzbekistan: in soums or in foreign currency?
Foreign software is bought under an import contract registered in the unified foreign trade information system (EEISVO). It is usually paid for in foreign currency through a bank, not directly in soums. CYBER BOOST handles the contract and currency control paperwork.
