Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how the personal data of users of the website cyberboost.uz (the “Site”) is processed and protected. The Policy applies to all information that the operator may obtain about a user while they use the Site.

1. Personal data operator

The personal data operator is CYBER BOOST (the “Operator”, the “Company”), a cybersecurity technology partner in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019), and other regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data protection.

3. What data we process

When a user fills in and submits the request form on the Site, the Operator processes the following data provided voluntarily by the user:

  • name;
  • company name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • the selected vendor / product and the text of the request.

Technical data may also be collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, cookie data and information about the pages visited. This data is used in anonymized form to analyze how the Site works.

4. Purposes of processing

  • receiving, processing and responding to users’ requests and inquiries;
  • contacting the user and preparing quotes;
  • fulfilling obligations to the user;
  • improving the quality of the Site and services.

5. Consent to processing

By submitting the request form on the Site, the user confirms their consent to the processing of the personal data listed above in accordance with this Policy. The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to info@cyberboost.uz.

6. Disclosure of data to third parties

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where necessary to process a request (for example, delivering request notifications through secure communication channels and email) and in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Data storage and protection

Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until the user withdraws consent. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

8. User rights

The user has the right to:

  • receive information about the processing of their personal data;
  • request correction, blocking or deletion of their data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the Operator’s actions to the authorized government body of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Cookies

The Site may use cookies to function correctly and for analytics. The user can disable cookies in their browser settings; some features of the Site may then become unavailable.

10. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are made means acceptance of the updated Policy.
