Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website cyberboost.uz (the “Site”) owned by CYBER BOOST (the “Company”). By using the Site, the user confirms their acceptance of these Terms. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they should stop using the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is for information purposes. It describes cybersecurity and IT solutions and the vendors for which the Company is an official or authorized partner in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Requests and inquiries

Submitting a request form through the Site is an inquiry for information purposes and does not constitute a public offer or the conclusion of a contract. Delivery terms, prices and other essential conditions are agreed by the parties separately.

3. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site (text, graphics, design, the CYBER BOOST logo) are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Vendor names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes only.

Use of the Site’s materials without the written permission of the right holder is not permitted.

4. Rules of use

When using the Site, the user agrees not to take actions that:

• violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties;
• are intended to disrupt the operation of the Site, gain unauthorized access or collect data by automated means without the Company’s consent;
• contain malicious software.

Personal data provided by the user through the Site’s forms is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Company’s location.
