Will deploying a security system interrupt production?
All the solutions we recommend (Armis, Claroty, Rhebo) run in passive mode: they only listen to traffic and have no effect on industrial processes.
Which OT protocols are supported?
Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5, IEC 61850, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, BACnet, Siemens S7, HART and others. Claroty and Rhebo together support more than 400 protocols.
How do you protect PLCs from direct firmware-level attacks?
Nanolock installs an agent directly in the controller (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, GE) and blocks unauthorized firmware changes even if the network is compromised.
Does the facility have to be shut down to deploy Waterfall?
No. A Waterfall unidirectional gateway is installed within a few hours without stopping the equipment.
Do Uzbekistan’s cybersecurity requirements for critical information infrastructure (CII) apply to our company?
Presidential Resolution No. PP-167 of May 31, 2023 defines which facilities count as critical information infrastructure (CII). If yours is one of them, it must meet requirements for monitoring and protecting industrial processes. We already have an ICS/SCADA system from a local integrator. Can we just add protection to it?
Yes. All the solutions are installed on top of your existing automation, without replacing PLCs, SCADA or engineering components. Armis and Claroty simply connect to the network for passive monitoring. Nanolock and Waterfall add protection at the device and perimeter level.
