Collects, normalizes and correlates events from the entire infrastructure.

  • SOAR & Playbooks

Response automation: playbooks cut MTTR from hours to minutes.

  • Threat Intelligence

Enriching events with data from the dark web, CTI feeds and internal context.

  • UEBA

ML-based user behavior profiles and insider threat detection.

Frequently asked questions.

How is SOAR different from SIEM?
A SIEM collects and correlates events, while SOAR automates incident response through playbooks. Logsign combines both in a single platform.
How long does it take to build a SOC from scratch?
With Logsign, connecting data sources takes 1-2 weeks and the basic use cases take 4-6 weeks. A complete SOC takes 8-16 weeks.
What is KELA RaDark and how does it help?
RaDark monitors cybercrime forums, marketplaces and Telegram channels to find mentions of your company, leaked credentials and planned attacks.
Is Milestone a SIEM or something else?
Milestone XProtect is a video management system (VMS). It integrates with SIEM through an API and adds physical security data.
Do banks in Uzbekistan need a SIEM/SOC under Central Bank requirements?
Yes. Central Bank Regulation No. 3669 has been in force since November 20, 2025. Banks must set up their own cybersecurity team and a system for managing incident risks. They must also report serious incidents to the Central Bank and CERT-CBU immediately. Logsign and SolarWinds cover the requirements for collecting and correlating the event logs this system is built on.
Can a SOC be outsourced in Uzbekistan?
Not for banks. Central Bank Regulation No. 3669 explicitly prohibits outsourcing the management of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems. All data and security tools must stay in the bank’s own data centers. For other industries, SOC as a service is a workable model. Send us a request and we will help you work out what applies to you.
