User data deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of user data that CYBER BOOST may have obtained and stored through Facebook Login and the Facebook Page integration with the Postiz platform.

1. How to request deletion

You can use either of the following methods:

Method A: disconnect the integration in Postiz

If you have access to the Postiz workspace, disconnect or delete the Facebook channel / integration in the channel settings. This stops any further use of the connection. If the interface has no option to delete the data completely, use method B.

Method B: send a request by email

Write to info@cyberboost.uz with the subject “Facebook data deletion”. Please include:

• your name;
• the email address associated with the account;
• the name and URL of the Facebook Page;
• enough information for us to find the relevant integration and verify your authority to manage the Page.

2. What data will be deleted

If the relevant data exists in CYBER BOOST or Postiz systems, the request covers:

• the Facebook user or account ID;
• Facebook Page and Business IDs and the related profile metadata;
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens;
• the Facebook integration record in Postiz;
• related drafts and service logs that contain such data.

Certain information may be retained to the minimum extent necessary where required by law, for security purposes, to prevent abuse or to confirm that the request was fulfilled.

3. Verification and timing

We will confirm receipt of your request by email. Once we have enough information to verify your identity and authority, we will complete the deletion within 30 calendar days, unless a different retention period is required by law. When it is done, we will send a confirmation to the requester’s address.

4. Content that has already been published

Deleting data from CYBER BOOST and Postiz does not automatically remove content that has already been published on Facebook. Such posts can be deleted directly on Facebook, or you can ask us for help separately if we still hold the relevant permissions.
