NanoLock
Device-level protection for OT and IoT
NanoLock protects industrial and IoT devices from the inside, at the level of the device itself. Zero-trust change control blocks unauthorized commands and firmware even if the network or an operator is compromised. Since December 8, 2025, NanoLock has been part of OTOPIQ Security (otopiqsecurity.com). OTOPIQ continues to develop the technology as part of its platform.
What NanoLock protects.
Protection is built into the device and managed centrally. It does not depend on the network or the perimeter.
Key capabilities.
Protection from the inside
Security is built into the device and does not depend on the network perimeter.
Zero trust for changes
Every change must be authorized; everything else is blocked.
Secure updates
OTA firmware updates with authenticity checks and the ability to roll back.
Protection from insider attacks
The device stays protected even if an administrator or the network is compromised.
Lightweight agent
A minimal footprint, suitable for resource-constrained devices.
Centralized management
One set of policies and one view across all devices and sites.
Supply chain
Checks that components can be trusted and protects against supply chain tampering.
Recovery
Returning the device to a trusted state after an attack attempt.
Who uses NanoLock and how.
